The Alto Adige Sparkling Wine Producers have combined 100 litres of their base wines in a cuvée and bottled it in double magnums (called Jeroboam). Due to the 116 months of storage on the yeast, the different characters have merged into a harmonious, tasty and exciting symphony. In collaboration with Jochen Gasser, a local artist, a unique label has been created in which the S stands for Alto Adige sparkling wine and is the red thread through the upcoming vintages. This sparkling wine with its limited numbers of bottles (290) is an ambassador of Alto Adige and stands for variety and unity.
