Discover the sparkling side of Bolzano! The Sparkling-in-the-City Tour takes you through the charming streets of the old town, inviting you to explore the diversity and quality of Alto Adige DOC sparkling wine in a delightful way.

At three selected venues, you'll taste three different Alto Adige DOC sparkling wines, each paired with carefully selected finger food. Along the way, a local Food & Wine Ambassador will share fascinating insights into Alto Adige sparkling wine, the traditional method of bottle fermentation and the art of mindful tasting.

The tour is organised in collaboration with the Food & Wine Ambassadors and Italy Destination Service / Claudia Bolderer.
