Home of Alto Adige sparkling wine: the Association of Alto Adige Sparkling Wine Producers

The art of Alto Adige sparkling wine begins in the details. And in blending all the details into an enjoyable and artistic ensemble. Those who watch over this process, control it and thus create sparkling wine to perfection have been united in the Association of Alto Adige Sparkling Wine Producers since 1990.

It is not just an association of professionals, it is an association of people with the same passion and the same will to move forward. The sparkling wine producers thus contributed significantly to the quality turnaround of the Alto Adige wine industry in the late 1980s and early 1990s: with new ideas, new respect for varieties and terroir and new, highest quality goals in mind.
